Fri, August 27, 2010 2:00 p.m. (@ 2:00pm Users will need to log-in to the home page to accept the confirmation of their winning account.)
Please note that this is limited to only allowing up to 5,000 users, and among those will be randomly selected. Paid customers from previous events and left over payments from RO2:GotW will automatically be placed in a separated [excluded from the 5,000] batch for testing.
If your account is fully validated then next you'll need find the Tester page. Take a look at the image below for the actual button. Make sure you logged into your account before proceeding.
After you've clicked on the Link a pop-up window will open as you'll need to start filling out some more information. Once the steps are finished, your done. ^^

I have done a compensation request....I have to do this too or im already in?
I get an error message of some sort when I click that... I can't read it as it ends up in gibberish for some reason. When I click the 'OK' button it closes down the little window that comes up. >_< Any suggestions?

Not entirely - you'll need to apply for a testers account still. You are applicable to join the new CBT, but it doesn't give you an instant access.

Unfortunately I can not guide you if you can not read the Language it's written in.
That window states you must be logged in your Gravity or RO2 account to continue to proceed.
i'm getting an error after the pop up appears, but it isn't in korean, i've already made the compesation request in the old website and I get the message that i was valid to enter the cbt, but now I get this weird error, can you help me chris?
sorry to ask again, but if you already have confirmed your compensation because you played the old ro2, you will enter straight in the cbt? or you will be choosen in this 5000 people?
When I log in, I click the button you have circled, and I get this message. The window that pops up then closes. What exactly does this mean and how do I finalize my application to the CBT? Thanks.

I am assuming that we must have a KRN aka KSSN to register and participate in the beta? I would like to participate in the beta. A great idea would be to select a few people from different countries to help participate in the beta.

Friendly Reminder Again:
5,000 people for RO2 CBT will be selected among all the Applicants, both new and old.
Once you've been approved and accepted with your final fill outs, it does NOT give you instant access to CBT. You will have to wait till the August 27th 2:00 p.m. to see if your IN.
In regards to if your location is Outbound, you STILL have a chance of winning since this is part of the stress testing. As long as your information is valid and accepted you got a chance.

You said if your outbound (I am guessing you mean outside of Korean), then we still have a chance. How? I tried clicking on the popup that loads TesterStep1.asp but I get an error. I cannot create an account because I do not have a KSSN number. I would really love to have a chance to join the beta.

Outbound does mean outside of Korea. The way this is determined is through various methods such as 1 is with the location the PC you registered the Tester form from and 2nd your validation information through the account you would have provided under RO2:GotW or Gravity Gamer account.
I wouldn't be too concern with helping stress testing outside of S.Korea since all outbound Gravity employees would already be testing if there wasn't already enough outbound registers.
The popup means you'll need to be logged into a Gravity Gamer Account or your RO2 account. You can register for one anytime through the site, as long as you can provide valid information.

Not to keep bugging you, and I thank you for your replies. When I try registering it asks for a my Korea Resident Number and since I do not live in Korea, I do not have one of these. So I am guessing I can't create an account. :(

Maybe you can pass a suggestion along to allow account creation without KSSN for at least RO2 only.
Another suggestion is they could create maybe 10 accounts (i.e. Tetser1, Tester2, etc) and then have a contest for you to passout to us to use for beta testing?

koreans have strict privacy rules, the government wants to know who you are in the internet, and wants to make sure you don't upload anything bad about them AND blocks sites that do talk bad stuff about it... it's the government, gravity can't do much about it.

when i played on ro2 last beta i was swordman and really liked... but now its like i need chose xP.. so by what i understood .. knights are more ofensive.. and warrior more estrategical ?
Will knights have powerfull skills and a few debilitation abilities.. or this will be just for warriors ?
these 2 will be able to use all kind of weapons .. or who wlll use each ? =)

@Fen: they said they wanted to see how CBT 1 goes before thinking about OBT....thay are afraid of comiting the same tragedy as RO2 [ver 1]......so they will be doing CBT or underground testing till they know the servers can handle the 20000 players they promised before....
So, lets wait till the CBT ends, maybe they announce another CBT, OBT or nothing xD
