RO2: Intro. to Mt.Mjolnir Monsters

After reading through many requests, I've decided to take a little time to do a Quick introduction for you guys based on the new NEWS that was presented earlier today.

The article was entitled: RO2: Introduction to Mt.Mjolnir Monsters

Mt.Mjolnir is an area that sits around and in-between The Town of Almin and Prontera. This is also known to be one of the first places players will encounter once outside of these towns.

Let me introduce to you 2 new monsters.

One of which is a redesigned version of RO2[GotW] AndaNora's from the NORA family. The other is know as Brownie or also known as Leprechaun. These 2 guys are one of the few in their family trees...

Heres a Look at what AndaNora used to look like in RO2:

The article continues to introduce old casts of monsters we all know and love from RO1, promoting that they're finally in lush 3D!

Introducing the Poring Family 1st. explaining a little about them Followed by:

• Lunatic
• Vocal & his Grasshoppers
• Hornets
• ChonChon
• Fabre
• Creamy

(These are in FAMILYs so expect all different kinds)

It continues to explain what other monsters do you think will return? and then wishes you to return for more news.

*New Event MVP: Kingling! EX

Well as I promised in my earlier posts, that I would update you guys when the Event MVP: Kingling was close to being presentable.
The sprite HAS been done for awhile, it was the sound FX's and Card Image I was waiting for, before I showed you guys all of it without doing another post about him.

So without further a-do here you guys go:

*I'm well aware of the delay in the video at some points, please don't mind it. I was in a rush to get that done since it was the only free time I had today to finish that up and I had a lot of programs running in the background. =___=

Once the MVP is patched through for the events, I'll upload some videos of his full potential. Hehe.

The Card image was selectively designed by veteran RO artist: Tharine

The card shows Kingling relaxing after have cutting so many apples just to make 1 apple juice for his followers. It's a cute concept and I liked how the merchant isn't even paying attention how the poring just swiped some apples to use, while there is another poring innocently looking around like, Whats going on here?!

This new monster is even more devastated then the Event "Poring the Conquerer". Giving him the powers to spawn every type of Poring to known midgard, along with some additional MVPs/Mini Bosses in there, not to mention also having super powered buffed skills and stats. He's a king for crying out loud, and he loves ruling his peoplelings and lands. Or should I say world....New World that is. Haha.

I'll work on providing you guys a video or some screenshots soon, I'm just finalizing some stuff with him (Which I'll explain in my next post) before he gets shipped off to get added.

Level-Up! Live 2008 Art Contest Submissions!!

Hey Guys,

This is pretty old stuff, but I happen to come across these pics when I was going through some old files back when I was in the Philippines for Level-Up Live 2008.

These were poster boards I made for their art contest. Even though the chances were slim to none seeing how I'm a developer. Plus when I was designing this the theme wasn't posted nor did I bother to actually check at the time since I was busy as it was.

The concept/Theme I picked was pRO's 5th Anniversary, seeing how I was the one who made their Birthday Poring cake...I figured to make it as a catchy theme type to impress pRO/LU.

The 1st pic. was a collaboration of some of the clip arts we made for Ragnarok World Championship 2008 shirts at our booth. While the 2nd design was customize for that picture.
